We own quite a few different knives. For some reason we had never picked up a Miguron - and boy am I kicking myself for it now. I absolutely love this knife. Fits the hand well, is super sharp from the factory, flipper tab and spydie flick both works well with this knife. Action is smooth. Love the blue of the pivot collar, milled clip and liners.Very, very happy with this knife. Liked this knife so well my hubby wanted one of his own - and he was happy with the lesser priced version that is all black with pvd blade and g-10 scales. In his carry rotation and think he takes it at least once a week. : ) And trust me, that's saying something with his (and mine) choices.

Ordered this premium because I'm a huge fan of the original Velona and the Velona 2. And it's pretty good but left me oddly non plussed for some reason, I can't identify. The carbon fiber, blade and anodized titanium scales are all good, and the detent is snappy. It's a little lighter than I expected and obviously much lighter than the much larger Velonas, probably from the carbon fiber. That may be it, because functionally everything is on point as I would expect from Miguron, who I'm a huge fan of. Possibly the action could be a little smoother (though it still drops shut with a slight coaxing). I can almost certainly smooth the action with a disassembly and cleaning.
