Ordered this for Christmas but it got lost in the post. The company sent a replacement straight away. Used the Ube to make Paul Hollywood's Ube cake (I adapted the recipe somewhat though). It was beautiful and my wife and our friends really loved. Although it comes in only a tiny bottle, this is plenty big enough as the Ube is strong enough in taste and colour to last a long time.

Needed this to make ube ice cream. It was a lovely deep purple, and genuinely only needed half a teaspoon to fully dye the mixture.

I like the Ube product however the seal on the bottle was damaged and the Ube extract leaked as I took it out of bubble wrap, but ordering previously I’ve had no problems
