This has been very helpful in avoiding symptoms of my fructose intolerance. It does take some time and experimenting to determine how much needs to be taken for various foods. It’s also important to take it a few minutes before eating a meal. It’s a bit expensive, but worth the money for those who suffer like I do!

I really think this is helping me deal with garlic and onion in foods. I don't dare just go eat a basket of onion rings, but for some with onion powder in the seasoning it doesn't bother me as much now. For people with crappy fructose intolerance I think it's worth the cost.

Seems to work pretty well. I have found that, when eating fruits containing lower amounts of fruictose, I can take 1 capsule. I was able to eat a small piece of baklava the other day after taking 3 capsules. I have found honey tends to cause the most reflux, and has A LOT of fruictose in it (who knew, right??). I had no reflux otnother GI symptoms after taking these capsules. I'm pretty new to using these, but so far, I'm pretty happy with them. They seems to be doing a very good job of managing GI upset after eating high(er) fruictose foods. Definitely recommend.

We were told to try this by my son's dietitian. He's 7 years old. He's able to swallow the tablets. No problem. We're trying one or two at a time. We'll see what happens. So far so good. He said he doesn't have tummy pain so I have high hopes for this that he doesn't throw up during camp this year. But we're also sending him to camp with his own food.
