Good quality and heavy. Read text and expect just one pair; don’t go by the picture.

I spent $12 for the buckles, $17 for the pliers, broke a nail and hurt my hand trying to get this buckle open wide enough to close it. Used the pliers again to open it up a little more and the buckle broke in 2 pieces. Impossible to do. I’ll ask for a refund but now I get to keep these pliers I don’t need.
