Not true to size, much, much smaller than they should be.

My daughter absolutely loves the feel of these Hanes Pure Comfort underwear. The 100% organic ring‑spun cotton is soft and breathable, perfect for her sensitive skin—and I appreciate that it’s low‑dye and tagless, making mornings smoother and itch‑free. The no‑ride‑up design and flat seams mean she can run, jump, and play all day without fuss. Highlights: • Quality fabric: Organic cotton is light yet durable, with vibrant colors still looking great after multiple washes. • Comfort-focused: Covered waistband and flat seams reduce irritation for active kids. • Full coverage: The classic brief/hipster styles offer solid front and back coverage, appreciated by my daughter. Minor drawbacks: • Size variance: Some packs run small or large—while many say they’re true to size, others report needing to size up. • Thin fabric: A few reviewers felt the fabric is on the thinner side compared to pricier brands.

They definitely get the job done, especially for the price point and quantity. However I still don't feel they provide as much coverage as other brands. I compared them with lucky and me and burts bees, both more expensive but cost definitely shows in the quality. Hanes was thinner material and narrower in the waste and crotch. The elastics also seemed thinner as well. My toddler is large (40lbs and 40 inches). Finding organic cotton, full coverage underwear in her size (6) that didn't cost an arm and a leg was difficult. While Hanes will definitely work while we work potty training kinks out, they won't be purchased again as I preferred burts bees and lucky and me more, even at their price point. Nice no tag, and have held up really well to all the fun things that kids can do with their clothes! They don't have any sag issues stays up and fits true to size which is really nice! The color selection makes it easy for kiddo to match socks and underwear...
