Revived this as a gift. I was sceptical about having another thing in my kitchen. But I was so wrong. This is much easier to use than a traditional pasta machine where you have to roll out lasagne sheets and then put it through a spaghetti/linguine cutters. (And it takes up less space!!!) Once you have made the dough you only have one step to make pasta. Within about 5 minutes you have enough fresh pasta for 4 people. Pasta doesn’t stick together and your whole kitchen isn’t covered in layers of floury pasta sheets. I would definitely buy this as a gift for a foodie friend. Also works well with chickpea flour dough- which falls apart in a standard roller

I found the cavatelli maker very simple and easy to use. The pasta shape is great for holding sauce. You can make a lot of cavatelli very quickly and efficiently. Very good product.

This arrived with the bolt for the handle completely off. It is a tiny piece and fell out as I opened the package. I did not realise what it was at first. Without it, the product would have been useless.

A joy to use - much better than the back of a fork! Super quality, well packaged - took ages to arrive so I spent the time looking on the website making up a wishlist of other proper Italian cookware - easily pleased, me! Unfortunately, now I eat so much gnocchi I'm going to have to find diet products!

Great little item

Works fine for quite a while, but after a few months of occasional use, the handle shears and no longer is able to turn the mechanism. I have 2 now, both times the same fault. Unfortunately, they are not built to last

I took a pasta making class and these were the exact boards we used in the class. Of course I had to get one for myself. Not sure how often I will make individual noodles, but I'm ready when I do. Easy to use and good size.

Much to my surprise - this gadget works! My gnocci were beautiful - they looked professionally made.
