VIVO 16 inch Slide Out Dual Tier Desk Drawer, Under Desk 2 Layer Storage, Black, DESK-DR02

I had previously purchased a clamp on set of metal mesh drawers, but the back was not supported and the whole thing was tilted nearly 45*. I knew I needed something more stable that would screw into my standing desk, but I also couldn't afford $80-90. Then I found this. I lost the template while I was unpacking it (which I found after I finish installing, of course), so I put the drawers into the side pieces, marked the bottom of my desk with a sharpie, drilled the pilot holes, and installed the drawers in about ten minutes. The screws are VERY close to the "walls" that hold the drawers, so you'll need a drill extender or to use a long screwdriver to get the best install. ** Easy installation, very sturdy, fits everything I need to have in the drawers, and takes up very little room. Looks like it was intended to be part of the desk from the start. I'm very glad I paid for this myself, because I will absolutely be taking it with me when I change positions.

A real pain in the neck to install on a desk that isn't upside down. Template missing so had to lay out screw holes which took quite a while working on my back. Drawers are nice. Solid feel and good sliders.

I was skeptical of the product for the lack of reviews. I typically buy products after extensive review of the reviews. However, this product is great quality and easy to install. It is heavy duty metal material and supplied with good quality fasteners, which makes installation a breeze (about 5 minutes for me). Don’t let the lack of reviews deter you! Quality product! Would buy another in the future.

I got this to use with my Flexispot standing desk which doesn't come with any storage. It fits neatly on one side and doesn't get in the way. It's very easy to install and high quality.

So this is a pretty good item, heavy gage steel, good ball bearing drawer slides, the finish is thick pwder coating but there are a few blemishes on the drawer fronts. The biggest thing I had a problem with was when I installed it in accordance with the instructions the drawers stick out about a half an inch (see picture). Who really wants their drawers to stick out? It would have been so easy to make the template such that the drawers are flush with the desktop. I had to uninstall the whole thing and reinstall it a half inch back so that the drawers were flush. Other than that it's a good item. I'd buy it again if I needed it.

Not sure if my experience is characteristic but I ordered two drawer sets and one set had both drawers broken. Perhaps poor quality control, or previously damaged because I think the box had been opened and damaged items reshipped to me. Disappointing and worrisome for long term durability if it is quality control. The sides are very sturdy and hardware seems pretty good. But the build quality of the drawers is clearly an issue that also affects tolerances, even on the good set. Nevertheless here are some photos of my installation. My desk was built already so I worked from underneath. 1) Unscrewed two screws holding the top down to the leg bars. 2) Slipped template underneath leg bar, on-center with leg, of my 71” desktop. 3) Taped the template in place, marked locations, drilled, installed rails, and installed the (non-broken) drawers. The back of the drawer is lower than the front so that things on the underside of the desk can be within the drawer space. So, for the right side I also, 4) Unscrewed height control panel and reset this a couple inches back. Now the control sits inside the drawer. This should be a clean look once I have working drawers on that side. Lastly, hopefully you won’t be bothered by the fact that the white paint of the drawers is brighter than the slightly warmer white of the white legs and white desktop by the same manufacturer. Not a big difference but not the same paint. You need to be a bit handy for this install and have the right drill bit to not do unnecessary damage. Good luck.

Having two metal draws works well one for paper and the other for stationary.

Things I like: - Sheet metal construction - Nice paint job - Drawers are smooth* - Install not difficult - 3 drawers = way more storage space than just a single one Things I don't like: - There's no cross beam or any stiffening so the whole assembly "jiggles" the further away from the desk you apply force to it, so especially around at the bottom - *My drawer slides come out very smoothly only about 90% of the way, and then they get stuck, and require more force to pull - Requires a decent amount of force to fully push the drawer in, so I usually don't fully push each drawer in My ACTUAL review score is 4.5 stars out of 5. If this was NOT an amazon review I would give it 4 stars, but I understand how this platform works.

Smooth operation, adds lot of functionality. But expensive for what it is, probably still worth it if you value your time.
