It did relief the pain heels

They were recommended by my wife's P-T Trainer, and she loves them. She even got 2 pairs.

My Dr recommended this insert after I broke my ankle and my cast was removed. I was then put in a tall boot for 6wks. They were out of my size (8) in the orthotic I needed so they told me to purchase this. The tall boot is very painful and this insert has made my foot more comfortable. You just set it in the bottom. I did have to trim a couple of inches off the end (toes) but that’s no biggie.I’ve only been using it a few days so I’m starting with 4 stars. We’ll see where I’m at after 6wks.I wish they made something to help w/the rest of the boot on the inside as I hate this thing even though I know it’s keeping me safe!!
