Very tough to get in the open market as it is a vintage design without any flaw. Got it immediately through Amazon within a day. The torch light came along with the battery set,but the light range is not as per the given specification. Overall a good product.

I stumbled upon the classic Eveready torch, reminiscent of the one I used to see in the mid-60s with my grandfather. It instantly transported me back to my childhood holidays spent with my grandparents in a quaint village in Kerala. Those were magical times, filled with simple joys. One of my fondest memories is going to the cinema talkies with my grandfather to watch black & white malayalam movies in a thatched theatre. After the movie, we'd walk home through pitch-dark lanes, devoid of streetlights. That's when our trusty Eveready torch would light up the way, living up to its promise of being "Ever Ready". I cherish the memory of my grandfather holding the torch in one hand and my hand in the other, guiding me through the darkness. Seeing the Eveready torch again brings back a flood of nostalgic memories, and I'm grateful to the manufacturers of this Eveready touch who still retains the same old study looks and function of this prestigious companion and also for bringing back the timeless moments shared with my grandfather.
