Great
The package I received contained three tubs. These are stainless steel storage containers with a black plastic lid and an orange "flower" button that seals to the tub when pressed.Sold on this page in various sizes, 450, 700, 1100, 1700, and 3000 ml sizes, and in four combinations of those.I am reviewing the 3x450ml package.I have a variety of plastic containers of various sizes, but I use the smaller sizes most often, so I was glad to try the 450ml variant. Why stainless steel?Well, metal is more robust and conductive; it will shed heat cooling faster than other materials, and that cooled tub will become cold more quickly when placed in the fridge.Remove the lids, and you could use these in a warm oven or warming-drawer to keep food hot.Stainless steel is, well, stainless, and for certain foods, tomato-based sauces are a common culprit, but many others can also stain and scent plastic.Often I have reused large glass jars or used Pyrex or ceramic bowls with the usual cling film; while this works, it is rarely the most space-effective solution. These stainless steel tubs are much better in that regard.Negatives are but niggles. One is stainless steel and is not transparent or translucent, so you can't see the contents as easily as with a clear plastic box. A transparent lid for these would have mitigated this, but these use an almost opaque black cover, meaning you have to label, remember, or open the box to see what is inside. In conclusion, this product is well made, useful and recommended for consideration.

Very good
Great containers as I’m avoiding plastic ones. These are great as I can pop them in the dishwasher (not the lids) and they’ll easily get cleaned. Have used to store food in the fridge and freezer and both works well.

Super freezable containers
I bought these to store homemade ice cream. They are perfect for small batches and stack easily in the freezer.

Perfect size but NOT leak proof
Took forever to find 700ml containers that weren't glass. These are perfect size for a soup or a single portion of leftovers. Everything seems to be glass these days but that's too heavy to take to work on a bike.Had high hopes for these as they were the perfect size and shape but on popping this in my bag with a portion of soup it's definitely not leak proof! Very glad I used a plastic bag and as precaution. This is after me taking great care to get as much air out of it as possible when putting the lid on to create a strong seal.Perhaps it would have been ok if Iput piping hot soup in with the lid on and cooled it that way it may have been better but that doesn't help if you're using it to transport a particularly saucy pasta salad or other cold food. Very disappointing so close and yet so far.

Very small.
I was a bit suprised at just how small these containers are when they arrived. While they are well made, and the lids fix very well on to them to create a vacuum that will keep food fresh, thie size of the x3 containers makes them a bit too small for me to use on a daily basis in a practical manner. if you are looking to store small secxtions of food / fruit etc these will do the job well. If you are looking to store larger meals, or parts of a meal, they may prove to small to use. Overall, well made but a bit too small for me to use on a daily baiss.
