Where have these been all my pups' life?!
My two tiny terrors are 13-lb chewing machines, and it's a Herculean task finding toys & chews that hold up to their teeth for more than an hour or two. We've tried wood & nylon bones, no-hide chews, ballistic fiber plush toys, etc.: everything is either destroyed immediately or else isn't healthy for them to ingest. I recently learned about collagen chews as a promising alternative and decided it was worth the higher price tag to try out. I settled on Pawstruck after some research but realised the day after ordering that I'd accidentally misjudged the size & gotten chews that would be WAY too big for my 13-lb Alaskan Klee Kai - no worries, my big dog can still enjoy those! But needing something for my small but mighty chewers, I went back to the drawing board & settled on these collagen springs. Long story short, my dogs are OBSESSED! They love these so much they even try to take them outside with them on potty breaks. I had only intended to let them share one at a time but had to break out a second one so they didn't fight over them. Best of all, a day later, these springs are still mostly intact, which is a miracle in our household! My mind is at ease knowing that the little bits they break off and eat are actually healthy for them, and the shape & size ensures they can happily chew without risk of accidentally swallowing them whole. These do get gummy after intense gnawing, but they didn't leave a mess behind on my couch, and the only smell I noticed was on my hands after my pups had brought their springs for me to hold while they chew. Overall, I am thrilled to have found a long-lasting teething treat that is good for my pets, and my pups are even happier than me about their new treats. The only downside is that these do cost more than I prefer spending on consumables for my pets. However, they are much slower to get eaten than anything else we've tried by a large measure, so it's worth the occasional investment. I am already looking to reorder so we don't run out for times when I need to keep my high-energy pups distracted & entertained! Even after only one day, I can confidently say I would recommend these to other owners of tough chewers.

Great alternative to rawhide bones
I received this product fast and in good condition. I did get the large bones and think a smaller version would have been better for my French Bulldog, but she loves them the way they are. She loves to hide them, moving them from place to place and still has not chewed one to its entirety. What I love about these is that there is no dye or staining of any kind and also no smell. Other bones have carried a smell to them and I end up attempting to seek out the smelly bone Luna hid. So far, there is no slivering of any kind either. The other thing I love about them is the quality of ingredients this brand offers in all of its products. I definitely recommend this product.

Pawstruck's Collagen Stick Springs have been a fantastic find for my dog. Made with natural ingredients and free from artificial additives, they're a healthy treat option. What's impressive is their durability – these sticks keep my dog busy for hours, offering a long-lasting chew that's both fun and beneficial for dental health. They're especially great for cleaning teeth and gums. My Maltese loves them, and they're gentle on his stomach too. Very well loved by my dog
My dog loves these. I feel good giving them to him. They are a great long lasting chew (not as long for him as he is a pretty aggressive chewer). It does not do damage to his gums or teeth.

She loved them, however I did not.
My girl is 11 and a ~70lb power chewer. She absolutely loved these, remained hyper-focused up until the last bite. The chew lasted longer than I would have assumed, taking her approximately 30mins to completely eradicate. However, and this is a big however, it caused her some oral bleeding and tummy upset. I was initially concerned about the pointed ends and rough edges all along the twist, and I was right to worry. NOTE: the spring did soften up notably after being soaked in saliva. Before I continue, I want to be VERY clear, I'm not trying to insist this product is necessarily dangerous in general. I've tried several products from this brand and this is the first snafu. If I'm criticizing the brand for anything, it's the lack of warnings or considerations other than suggesting supervision and providing water to aid in digestion. So, to the bad part(s). My girl, likely due to being an aggressive power chewer, has had a habit of getting a tiny bit of blood on hides (when she was younger, that is - she no longer gets hides due to her advanced age) - even loosely rolled ones, and harder toys (such as nylon/bamboo fiber chew toys). But with these, it was more than a little. She wasn't gushing blood or anything, but there was blood soaking into the twist and a little bit starting to trickle down. I gently took it away from her (she resisted) to inspect her mouth and the chew. Her mouth seemed fine and she wasn't showing any sensitivity to me fishing around with my finger. So in the interest of fairness, I let her have it back. For context, my girl has no dental issues, other than nerve damage in one of her canines. The bleeding did calm down a bit the more she got through inhaling it. That would be enough to gently dissuade me from giving her any more in and of itself, however... She wanted to go out twice that night before bedtime. Unusual, but not unheard of; I didn't think much of it. But when morning came, oh boy... She woke me up no less than 3 times, panicking to be let out (I'm currently operating on 4hrs of sleep as a result). First time, not a big deal, poop happens. Second time, wondered if she was actually having an issue. Third time, I actually watched her to see what the deal was, and she was having trouble making puppy loaves; seeming mildly distressed in the process. For context, the only GI issue she has is mild acid reflux. Needless to say, she won't be enjoying any more of these, which is sad because she absolutely loved the one she did have. I would say be wary if you have an older pup, especially one with GI or dental issues. Pros: - She LOVED it. - Seems like a healthier alternative to rawhide. - The price is not too high, considering what it is. Cons: - May pose digestive concerns to older pups and/or pups with digestive issues in general. - Form factor may be too rough/pointy for power chewers and/or pups with dental issues. - Packaging had no guidance as far as how much to allow them to eat at a time/per day, or any warnings other than to provide them water to aid in digestion (which I did). Good brand, but this particular product isn't for everydog, and I hope the packaging is updated to clarify that. *I did not include photos, as I don't believe anyone wants to see that sort of thing.

Occupies the puppy for a long time, no smell - it's a win-win!
4 month Aussiedor was loving this collagen chew yesterday. Still hasn't gotten her adult teeth yet, so the need to chew is strong with this one. Not only was she chewing on it like crazy, but she would throw it in the air and chase after it. So, it kept her occupied for quite some time. I've bought other versions of collagen chews from this brand, and I've been pleased with all of them. I'll be keeping them stocked in my cupboard because I'd rather her chew these than my shoes. I also appreciate that they don't smell when she chews on them.
