Ingredients scallions, scotch bonnet peppers, salt, black pepper, all spice, nutmeg, citric acid, cane sugar, thyme leaves Directions Mix a small amount of jerk seasoning into mayonnaise to spice up hamburgers and sandwiches. Review: Great value for money - First tub I bought had the seasoning in a plastic case surrounded by a dark, salty, peppery liquid. Was unsure if this was meant to be or if the package had leaked. Queries to the distributors and Walkerswood were met with no response. I eventually purchased another tub as it works out at about £2.20 per jar and contains the equivalent of 15 jars. With this purchase the inside plastic container was intact and not surrounded by any liquid. Review: Used this to marinade overnight some chicken drumsticks; also made sure to use one layer of charcoal with some pimiento wood chips in my cast iron smoke box on my Oklahoma Joe's portable grill. I flipped the chicken every ten minutes for about 40 minutes, then temperature checked it with an instant read thermometer. It was perfectly 170 after 40 minutes. I removed it from the grill and placed it in aluminum pans and covered to let it rest a few minutes. It was PERFECT, finger licking good, so moist and VERY flavorful! Before you marinade; make sure to salt your chicken with some coarse kosher salt - it helps draw out the moisture so it gets a nice crust on the outside. Also, make sure to have a brush to baste the remaining marinade on the grill after every flip. You won't regret this purchase and its a huge tub and very well packaged.

Not sure if this was supposed to have been a wet rub but i was expecting a dry rub probably bought in bulk from a container ship that sat for years

This thing is a flavor bomb in a plastic pail. turns out it’s also my new go‑to kitchen co‑pilot. A little scoop brings a proper Jamaican jerk vibe to chicken, pork, fish, even roasted veggies, without me having to fiddle with eight different spices or chant over a grill. What I love: The paste is thick and serious, not some dusty powder that disappears on your hands. Rub it on, let it sit, then grill or bake. Simple, fast, and delicious. Heat is real but not chaotic. It makes your food sing, not scream. Enough to make you respect the seasoning without needing a gallon of milk. Quantity is wild. You’ll do more than just the weekend cookout. this bucket practically dares you to host a backyard party or start a weekly jerk night. Only small caveats: Because it’s powerful, you don’t need much. It’s easy to be generous and then suddenly things get spicy. Start modest, then add if you’re bold. The bucket is big. It lives on the counter now, and honestly, it feels like it’s judging my other condiments for being underachievers. Overall this seasoning is amazing and I HIGHLY reccomend it over just about any other
