Improves Sleep and Concentration
This is a great product! I had my doubts, but I actually found I sleep better at night if I take them in the evening. I also noticed my cognitive function is better the next day, which is usually the result of better sleep.

Deep sleep increase
This product has been a miracle for me. I’m approaching 40, and over the years I’ve become especially sensitive to stress and sleep disturbances. I also have ADHD, and I tend to be both mentally and physically hyper-aroused—high cortisol, racing thoughts, and a mind that just won’t shut off at night. I track my sleep with a Fitbit, so I can clearly see how my sleep patterns change over time. Before trying this, I averaged only 35–55 minutes of deep sleep each night, and I would wake up feeling groggy and drained. After adding a Magnesium L-threonate stack to my routine, it’s been a complete game changer so far. My deep sleep now consistently reaches over an hour, and I feel noticeably less sluggish in the morning. I’ve only been using it for about a week and a half, so I may need to continue taking it to experience the full effects and long-term benefits—but the early results are already impressive. Of course, this may not work the same way for everyone; sleep and stress responses vary from person to person. For example, valerian root and melatonin don’t work for me at all, even though they help many others. That’s why I appreciate how simple and straightforward this blend is—it’s basic, but it delivers results for me. Even though I’m still getting under 7 hours of total sleep, I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night (1–3 a.m.), which used to happen regularly. As the photos show, there’s a clear improvement in my deep sleep since starting this supplement. My sleep score is higher.

So good for your gray matter.
I've used just the Mag LT without the other stuff. This product worked very well for me. I took three an hour before I wanted to sleep and it was a great night. MagLT is so good for your brain I like it swirling around as my brain does it's natural repair at night.
