Nice. Snug soft fit. Very good seal prevents air leaks. After 18 years, l finally found a cushion that fits perfectly. Doesn't hurt my nose or leak during head repositioning during sleep.

I normally wear a medium nose cushion, my RT suggested trying one of this type to reduce leakage. She sent me a medium, but I found it too tight with the cushioning, so I ordered this large just to try it out. The next size up did the trick, I had to slightly tighten my headgear, but after that it fit great and was very comfortable around the nose with the extra room. I like this one much better than the others I've tried! it doesn't cut the nose or leave nose marks on the bridge. I'm sure I'll be ordering more from the cpap dealer or off amazon...

Works as it should. Pretty straight forward. I replace mine about every quarter to six months.

Excellent product so much more comfortable

If you are using a nasal mask, this is a very good one. It is comfortable and makes a good seal. However, the cost is a bit high for something that they (ResMed) recommends you replace every 30 days. On the other hand, I've extended the use of mine to up to 60 days with little visible wear to the mask. Of course, this requires the appropriate amount of cleaning and maintenance of the mask. Wipe with sanitized CPAP specific cleaning wipes and check for any degradation of the memory foam every day.

I was having lots of issues with my previous mask because it was irritating my skin. I considered getting covers, but the reviews were mixed. This mask solved my issue. It also has resulted in less air escaping throughout the night and I don’t have to tighten the straps as much as I use to, so I no longer wake up with those unsightly marks on my cheeks and face —that some times take hours to disappear. According to the ruler that comes with the CPAP machine, I should use a small, but was having so many issues , I decided to try a medium, and it works great on my face. I’ve had several nights with 7 hours of sleep-a bit of a miracle for me. I will be buying again when it’s time to change this one.

This is a very high quality product. Tried a cheaper brand but the foam separated from the mask after only 3 weeks of use. Spend the extra $2 and stick with the ResMed brand.

This cushion is great if you need something quick and that will fit. It’s almost identical to the ones you will get for a medical supplier, but you will notice it won’t last as long. I noticed leaks way more often after regular use.

I have been buying ResMed- not the knock off but the brand name, cushions for my CPAP mask. Price is similar and sometimes lesser than in my local brick and mortar store. However, lot of times they need to order this themselves, so I just do it myself directly. I love this cushion as it has a soft foam surrounding the cushion, this assures no leaks most times, and is very very soft on the face. Shipping was easy. well packaged.. will buy it again..

Works as described, foam is great; exact same mask I usually buy locally for 2x the price. Writing this review reminds me I need to repurchase.
