Ok this here!! Is a life changer I swear so much by this supplement. I struggled with low immunity which caused a lot of fatigue and allergies in me (I also used trace mineral electrolytes) I had energy, didn’t need to drink energy drink and when I do I only drink a half and don’t feel that crash I have sustained energy throughout my day and best thing is that my allergies and watery eyes went away. This is a great immunity booster. Good piece, it has lasted me a long time, effect was pretty fast for me, just stayed consistent I only drank it once a day, tastes good.

Taste is good, price is good. This herb along with ashwagandha and astragalus are what will help keep one's telomeres (those structures at the end of our chromosome from shrinking, which would/will eventually result in the shortening of our lives. One can take all of the great supplements but if the body can't process them because something is not right or is lacking the benefit is not nearly as great as if all matters are addressed. Right?
