Effective vitamins that improve congative function
Excellent vitamins that are good value for money. I have genuinely seen an improvement in my kids congative function since taking these vitamins for about 3 months.

It says you can take them whole or chew. They are absolutely not ok to chew as the casing is thick and tastes waxy. Really good quality and dosing but only buy if you can take with water whole.
