Once seasoned an absolutely lovely pan.
I like this pan. It can also make a good hat. I don't recommend putting on as a hat once used to make dinner. It will be hot and maybe a little greasy. This pan comes unseasoned and you really must spend a good bit of time building up the season layer. But once that's achieved it's a great pan to use. I've found it maintains heat nice and uniformly and due to it being fairly thin it warms up quickly. Definitely one to consider for the collection.

Great frying pan
I did 3 seasonings before frying onions in it. You have to follow the instructions to get a good patina, but I would say to make sure the first coating of oil is very thin and evenly distributed all over. I have spent about £80 buying various cheaper frying pans in the last 2 years, and they were all rubbish, complete waste of money. It was definitely time to spend more on a decent pan and I wish I'd done this in the first place. Frying the onions went lovely! The pan is thinner than cast iron so heats quickly and evenly, it is also lighter so it's easy to move around on the hob. I am really happy with this pan and it WILL become a family heirloom, my son is already eyeing it up!

Sharp edge
Just taken delivery of this pan, the 24cm size and the first thing that happened was cut my finger on the edge. I have no negative comments on the pan itself except for the sharp edge, it is exactly as I expected. Just in the process of burning it on the hob with rapeseed oil after first washing it, which was when I was cut. At least I know now so it won't happen again. As I'm the only person who cooks my husband is safe.

Lovely pan but lots of scratches !
Love the pan , looks great however has a lot of scratches some fine but some fairly heavy . Slightly disappointed with quality.

Poor quality
I received 2 different pans and both were damaged. It seems like they are factory rejects. Do not buy if you want it in good condition

Arrived with Scratch and Dent
The iron pan had a visible scratch and a small dent on the surface when I inspected it. Due to the condition of the pan itself, I decided not to use it and returned the item. Because it was returned unused, I’m unable to comment on cooking performance. This review is based solely on the physical condition of the product I received.

Surprisingly terrible product
I was quite surprise as the brand normally has high quality standards. I washed the product to clean it prior to the 1st use and the pan got completely roasted. Quite a frustrating experience.
