The mushrooms are made of serpentine, which did not matter for what I need as long as it is a stone because it becomes warmer after use, and its weight makes massages feel great. I bought two large mushrooms to use both of my hands to massage a client. The mushrooms have a natural added weight that slightly differs, which is natural for stones. The two small mushrooms come with a white polyester bag and a tin container. The stone mushrooms are very relaxing. They make massages that feel relaxing and addicting that will make you want to have longer massages. With every use, they are first cold. The longer the massage, the warmer they become. The mushrooms have a weight to them. The big one is quite heavy and adds pressure, creating a firm and deep tissue massage. The big mushroom is great for massaging large body parts, such as the back, legs, shoulders, arms, and hips.

Perfect size for body massage and the handle is very helpful. Like the natural jade stone. Wish it came in a set of 2! I heat mine in a pot of water on the stove and then use a paper towel or cloth napkin to hold it as I massage. I feel better afterwards, like my muscles are more relaxed. I also use a natural oil, like coconut oil so that it glides over my skin and doesn’t burn it.

I have many different shapes, types of gua sha stones but this stone is becoming my favorite for my body. It has some weight to it and feels like the stone massages I get at a spa. I use this one alot and it has helped smooth out the knots in muscles and tendons. I have used it flat and on its edge and find both very effective. If you want a new experience of gua sha, I highly recommend this style and shape. Love it!

just fantastic . molds rite into your muscle that is hurting . just put litlle massage oil on . Rub back and forth . youll get used to which way to use this as it fits well ergonmically with your hand . Use it on my sore leg muscles. really nice .

I love that you can use these cool or warm. They add extra pampering to a massage. They are high quality, easy to clean, and they aid with muscle pain relief. I ordered two.

Easy to handle, multi use, and nice weight. Little white satin type bags that came with them are perfect for storage when not in use. Sets them apart from others stones. I bought two in green Jade and love them.

It is a nice size to fit in your hand. It glides over the skin well. Easy to change from easy glide to working deeper in the muscle. Clients love it.
