I am not new to using Bach Flower Remedies I am new to the understanding, they only work for me if I am actively working on myself, with intent to improve these things. I've used Holly now, a total of three times and today, I had a thought. It wasn't a good thought, honestly. In fact it was a negative thought towards someone else, a stranger no less. However, as quickly as the thought came in, I easily recognized, this was who I once was, but it's not who I am. I envisioned the dark green words printed on the bottle and spoke the words out loud, "Goodwill towards them". I smiled. My heart turned my head, quickly changing the negative thought bud before it had time to grow and room to spread. I like to take this in the evening with tea. It can be taken hot or cold, which is nice. Some days I feel the effects of this more than others and I have been sleeping better. That's a win for me!
