Watched P-tal's pitch on shark tank, decided to give it a try. Product is superb, 100% brass. Weight and Size of okhli is good enough - 8 cms height and it's deep enough, does the job well. The dasta is also very comfortable to hold. They also sent a free packet of pitambari type washing powder along with the product. Very good product.

I live abroad and purchased this item in May 2024. When I used it for the first time, I noticed it had rust, so I stopped using it completely. Initially, I assumed it was a low-quality brand and blamed myself for not checking the product description and brand details before ordering. However, I recently noticed the brand name and was shocked by the poor quality of the product I received. I should have reported this immediately, but since I live outside India, I wasn’t able to exchange or return it. Definitely not buying products from this brand. I first worst experience with Amazon India.

Been a fan of P-TAL for a long time. Finally got their mortar and pestle and i am amazed. It is really good!
