The bottle being tall but thin is a convenient shape. Even with the large surface area, it does keep things cold. And if you don't jostle it around, it's fine. But something inside the lid mechanism isn't leak proof and when it's full and been moved around, water leaks out the button when I drink from it, and not just a little. As if I had tipped it over. This is a bummer - I've used their commuter mugs for years with no problem. This one just isn't designed well.

Don’t find the drinking spout easy to use. I also don’t care for the metal container.
