Purchased in late November 2025 - was working great - easy to use and fill - about 7 weeks after purchase- the mister portion stopped working - I reached out to MegaWise and chatted with one of their reps (Joy) - she walked me through the trouble shooting ideas - still did not work- I was able to provide video of the mister not working - Joy was pleasant and accommodating - she processed a replacement unit to arrive in a couple of days - very pleased with their customer service

I purchased this based on the reviews.no noise level.size kinda big but who cares,it holds about 75% of a gallon.I refilled after day 2,it was down to 25% from running constant. if you cut off when you wake up.it preserves purified water. I like the low brightness and rotating color light. not really a smell but the water is a cool not hot midst. Also filter is plastic which is great

Easy to use, design is nice, no smell, works well . Haven’t seen any mold growth. Love the lights, works as a night light as well.

Let me start out by saying the customer service is great. The unit I received worked-ish. I contacted customer service and they sent me out a new one immediately. Pros: The noise level is non-existent. It's so quiet you have no idea it's on. The lights are cool,, if that's your thing. It's not mine, so I never use the feature. So far it has not leaked. I don't really see how it could, as the base is all one piece. The lid comes off for refilling and cleaning. The size is good for a bedroom. Its easy to clean. Cons: If you overfill it, it will not work properly. The max fill line is hard to see. The first one I got barely had any mist coming out of it and it basically just went straight down. The drawback of the base being all one piece is that you have to bring water to it or carry the base to a water source. Overall I would recommend this if you have a close and high enough spot near your your bed (if that's where you're using it).

Absolutely love this humidifier! I needed it ASAP for my two fur-babies who had the cat cold. It lasts forever due to its size and water capacity, and the colors are muted, not bright, with the option to have it on or off. Had it delivered in the AM yesterday, added some nose drops for my Aspen. She's a ball of energy, not sneezing as much, and snuggly like her normal self. You can add hot or cold water as well.

This humidifier works really well and is super easy to set up and get going. It is low maintenance, and you just have to be mindful of refilling the container with water and at what level. The changing lights are really cool, although I do wish there were a choice of colors to illuminate full-time instead of having the revolving lights. I do notice the noise of the air blowing when I am in the room with the machine, and can definitely see the air blowing out of the system. I do turn it off at night to be able to sleep.

The best little humidifier! I got one for Christmas and then bought myself another one. No leaking, super quiet, good amount of mist for a smaller machine and the soft glow of the nightlight is great! I wish it had a timer...but other than that, it is perfect!

This is a great product overall – super quiet (perfect for the kid’s bedroom), easy top-fill design with no leaks, and the 7-color night light is a nice soothing feature that cycles beautifully or can be set to one color. We already own the smaller MegaWise version and upgraded to this bigger one for more capacity. Interestingly, on the high setting, our little smaller model actually puts out more visible mist than this larger one – it’s quite powerful! This 3.5L version has a finer, more gentle mist output, which is still effective for humidifying the room without wetting surfaces. It works well for us, especially overnight. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, family-friendly humidifier with fun lights and low noise.

El humidificador cumple muy bien con su función. Es fácil de rellenar a diferencia de otros que en ocasiones se hace vacío en la tapa y se vuelve difícil abrir. El tanque es de buen tamaño y a buen precio por su capacidad. Cuando se enciende la luz led se ve bien, lo único que podría pedir sería que se pudiera seleccionar el color y la intensidad de la luz.

My house gets very dry in the winter time, so I shopped around for a while for a humidifier for my bedroom as I was waking up very dry in the morning. I gave this one a shot due to the reviews and seemed like a good fit for my medium sized room at a great price. I'm super happy that I made this choice as I'm not waking up dry anymore and it's really quiet. I get 3-4 nights use out of it before I have to refill. Can't beat the price!

We use a humidifier every night & have for years (decades lol) this is the quietist one we have ever had. We also like how the whole top comes off to fill it. It will make cleaning so much easier. Also we got it on sale on Prime days so it was a great deal.
