Gives huge relief for my aching feet! The kneading function really helps get into my muscles and increase blood flow, and on cold days after walking around the heating function is so nice. There was a problem with kneading function failing, but the company was great about helping me replace the broken unit. I'm very well pleased with my whole experience!

Great product if you’ve been standing on your feet for long hours, providing relief for aching feet. It operates quietly and seems to be high quality. The heat feature is great especially during the winter after skiing or skating. Bob and Brad customer service provides excellent support if you have any questions, quick response time with clear answers.

Good product with great customer service! I used the foot massager often for a month and then the rotating massagers stopped moving. The window to return/replace had just closed so I contacted the company directly and they quickly responded. They were quick to help verify that the product wasn't working and then send a replacement for free with fast shipping. The product itself works very well. I enjoy the squeezing of the feet in addition to the massaging. The product is very light weight and the lining is removable so it can be washed if needed. My only complaint is that I wish it massaged the entire foot. Nothing massages past the ball of the foot and the part on the heal really just presses up against it but doesn't do a great deal. I would love the rotating massagers that are currently in the middle to instead be the entirety of the foot. However, this is shown in the description online so it's not as if there was false advertising. To get more massage in different area of my foot I just change my foot position in the product. Overall it is a really nice product especially for the value.

Bought this just over a year ago. Easy to use, great during cold Winter and after long walk and needed a massage. Device runs 15 minutes per session, and you need to turn it on again after a session. Liner can be unzipped and taken off velcro to wash. Personal wish is if the rotating massagers were also at the balls of feet and toes, but this was really good for the price. Warranty & customer service: a few months before the 1 yr warranty was up, the rotating massage stopped working. I found it odd because I was a light user who used it 3-4x/wk during cold days, but didn’t use during Summer until October/November. Procrastinated and contacted customer service when i realized i was still under warranty. After a few simple questions, Ava sent a replacement out. Recommended because this company stands behind their products within reason, and products are good at the price.

The foot massager was very effective in relieving the tight tendons on my soles because I stand up for lomg periods at a time. The added air compression really helps the massager shine so I can really feel the kneading. Theres an added heat feature so no more cold feet during the winter! There are 3 settings of air compression intensity as shown on photos, 3 levels of knead intensity and a low or high heat option. Options are not overwhelming, so no confusion and gets the job done as expected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who have sore feet and needs relief with no fuss! Plug and use, just the right amount of options, easy to store portability, and overall great value!

I bought this product for my brother who suffers from planter fasciitis due to standing and walking all day for his job. Trying it myself, this item is amazing! I love the air pressure feature. Your feet after using this item for a few minutes I promise are going to thank you. But after 2 months the massage feature stopped working. I reached out to customer service and I had a replacement within a couple of day. Their customer service is one the best I have ever worked with. They were kind and understanding of my situation. They never dismissed me or my needs. For those who read the reviews like me before buying any item, this company is one that wants to make sure you get the best products and service.

Good pressure. Nice and light hai it’s easy to move to wherever I want to use it. Only thing I wish it had was more compression or kneading in the toes.
