Instructions for use: 1. Cut a length of floss about 18 inches long. 2. Wrap one end of the floss around your middle finger and the other end around your other middle finger, leaving about 2 inches of floss in between. 3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, using your index fingers to control the floss. 4. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, gently moving it up and down against the side of each tooth. 5. Repeat this process for all teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth. 6. For bridges and implants, be gentle and avoid snapping or forcing the floss to prevent injury.
