Why is there a roll bar at the bottom of the bag? What is its purpose? It does not move like the other roll bars. Thank you.

Hello, the bottom roll bar is for an extra long garment. Just another rollbar that you can fold a very long dress over again if needed.

What are the folded dimensions of this bag when full? Trying to determine what airlines this bag will fit in for overhead storage.

We flew delta and it fit! We had my wedding dress, husbands suit and stuff in the pockets. Delta also had a closet that you can hang it in as well, I just asked them 😊

Is this able to be used as a carry on?

We just used ours as a carry-on with American Airlines last month with no issue. It was packed with my wedding dress, my husband’s suit, and all sorts of accessories and we were shocked at how compact it was!
