Good to have copper when you take zinc. Debatable whether 2 mg copper to 15 mg zinc is the ideal ratio. Quality on these seems fine but I'll need to decided whether I actually want less copper.

Love the 365 brand. When I was dealing with allergy and sensitivity issues, these supplements had the fewest ingredients and were the most tolerable for me.

This is a good product, I have to take with food can cause really bad stomach cramping on empty stomach.
