This flux paste is my favorite from now on. I've been using Kester 186 liquid and the pen type flux for point-to-point and through hole soldering but when I had a SMD soldering project I thought I'd give Essmetuin flux paste a try. Glad I did, works great on SMD's, point-to point and through hole soldering, a lot less messy and pinpoint accuracy. Also tinning wires has never been so easy with this flux paste. I ordered two more of them. Just use a fume extractor.

I ordered a pack of this for detailed solder work and have had no issues. The needle applicator makes it clean and easy to apply exactly where needed. Just be careful not to lose the caps, as they’re small and easy to misplace. Overall, it’s worked well for precision work.

This stuff is decent quality, does exactly what it is supposed to and it is priced quite fairly. No complaints on my end.

I haven't tried many brands of flux, but this is working flux. The plunger is a bit tough to push to feed flux from the most narrow needle tip, but I see that as to help with flow control. It works as flux and helped me tin wires and solder some speakers up for a stereo.

Decent flux paste, I tried it for the first time today for doing LED swaps on some PCBs for a customer. These will fit most any 10mm dispenser. The tiniest dab is all I need, an almost imperceptible blob, to make the LED swap easy. Pop it into a dispenser made by the same company, and you're golden (better than JBC dispensers, anyways!) Reflow work is quick with this stuff. Can't photograph it in action, stuff I work on right now is under NDA.

Decided to try this brand out and I’m very impressed with what I found. I’ve always stuck to the big names for soldering equipment but decided to give this brand a go. Absolutely love my decision, the quality is there and the product itself works great. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I’m getting perfect solder joints and the flux is performing exactly how I’d expect. I love the choice of two needle lengths and I also love how the syringe comes with the plunger removed. So many times I’ve experienced mishaps where the plunger is depressed and my flux goes everywhere before I receive it. Them shipping it disassembled with the plunger removed completely prevents this. Absolutely will be repurchasing, came in such a convenient and easy to use form factor. The syringe fit my hand very well

Um... it's flux. It works like flux. Having two sizes of tips is nice I guess, if I decide to start soldering like Louis Rossman. For the record, despite what the description says, don't use this for pipes, electronics flux and plumbing flux are not the same thing, and this is definitely soldering flux. Trust me, I do both.
