Love it!
This product works quickly and will save a ton of money by preserving leftovers. More powerful than other vacuum sealers.

Works but not for a serious sous vide cook.
I usually don't write reviews that are not 5 stars and this is not really a bad product, but it was not what I was looking for. The sealer worked fine, but the bags are really not reusable and so they were messy and expensive. I found a vacuum sealer that worked better for about twice what I paid for this. Again it works, but not what I was needing

Doesn’t work
This product at least the vacuum is not good. It hasn’t sucked any air out of the bags. I even bought new named brand battvs Costco brand and nothing. The bags are fine and have used with another vacuum that I purchased and has been great and on sale less $$

Underpowered vacuum that eats through batteries.
This device works, but I wouldn't recommend it. It had a difficult time really getting all the air out of my bags. The liquid reservoir is very small and fills up fast if there is much of any liquid in the bag - often before all the air is removed. Using new Amazon Basics batteries (6x AA) the batteries were dead after about 1.5 weeks of usage (about 30 bags). On the positive side it is a great size and works for basic vacuum sealing. I'd recommend getting the Warring version instead.

Protect your Table Tennis Bat's rubber
I'm buying this to keep the air from oxidizing my ping pong paddle rubber. After placing the protective plastic shield on both sides of rubber, I place entire paddle inside & vacuum out the air. This should greatly prolong life span of my table tennis bat's rubber. I'm confident it will work great for this application. the only thing that would improve this would be if it was in the shape of the paddle. Not a big deal to fold over the plastic though. 2/28/18 Just received and I couldn't be happier. I believe that vacuum sealing my table tennis bats will greatly prolong the life of the rubber. I also use rubber conditioner twice a week. The only question remaining to be answered is, how will the bag valve hold up?

Small and powerful
Super small. Fits anywhere in your kitchen. Easy to use and powerful! No need to buy those expensive bulky ones. Unless you do this professionally, for your gown this is great!

I was a little sceptical about it but I cannot believe how much this thing sucks the air out of the bags. Say bye bye Ziploc! And other one-use storage bags ... And hopefully I'll get quite a few uses out of each bag, but my break even is approximately 6 uses each for the large bags I bought as well, not including this machine. I tested it on three slices of pizza in one of the included bags and it not only did it removed all of the air, it so tightly conformed around the food it started to "milk" the pizza! I'll have to watch next time and not remove so much air, but I was a little fascinated and not paying attention to what that might do to the food. I chucked it in the freezer and it's early days yet but all seems good. The bag is still tight to the food so no air leaks! I'm very impressed. Now I want to package everthing ... I'm really looking forward to the money saved on food waste from freezer burn as well as being more plastic friendly to the environment. The machine itself: Pros: * is easy to use * small and easy to store * Comfortable and light weight * Will be easy to clean if you have liquids that get into the clear plastic chamber. The 2nd reason why I went with this and not the bigger models that vaccume/heat seal. They are too hard to clean, take up too much space. * seems to use common O rings for sealing the chamber to the machine and the bit to the bags. So if need you could replace them. Would have been nice if they had included extra. See pics Little cons: * seems like it will be durable enough for light home use, but feels a little cheap, but considering the price not worth deducting any points. * I wish it came with or you could get an ac power adapter. I use rechargeable batteries so it's not a huge impact on the environment, so once again not points off because this also means you can use it anywhere but I'd love the option. The bags * Heavy duty zip closure, supplied white plastic clip help ensure good seal * Roomy, easily held 3 slices of medium pizza that is super thick. Equal to Ziploc large freezer bag. * sturdy wide seam * no plastic smell! * reusable! Hopefully lots! Will update if issues with seal or tears in the plastic, etc * easy to use, valve worked well * no cons that I can think of **Pictures #2-3 show med Ziploc, then 3 quart supplied vac bag, Large Ziploc, then 5 quart vac bag i bought in addition. # 4-6 show Corn on the cob, before and after suction, and three slices of pizza, frozen! I'm still on the fence about Sous Vide cooking, as I don't like any plastic with heat and food so I haven't tried these for that. Mostly I'm just looking for food storage. I've gone through a lot of trouble to eliminate "one use" plastic from my life, and long term frozen food storage has been my sticking point. I mostly just cook for myself so freezer burn has been a real issue. I hope this kills two birds with one stone!

Easy to use. The bags however can not hold any liquid which I wish I would have known before purchasing.

Stores food in freezer perfectly. I would always have ice in my meat and the color would change. I'm still waiting for the day that one of the bags will let air in and prove me wrong, because the little white tool to close the bag just doesn't look like much. But so far I am very happy with this purchase. I will be looking into purchasing smaller bags.

Not bad if you use for long term storage. If you unseal and reseal almost daily, you are luck to get a 3 weeks out of a bag. The hand suction sealer seems very good. Work fine with rechargeables in it.

Garbage. Broke down as soon as you changed the batteries. A piece fell out I'm sure. Now rendered useless. Maybe I purchased a faulty unit. Use the hand pump is my replacement.
