I like to keep this supplement on-hand for cold and flu season. It helps to give the user extra zinc and vitamin c, necessary for cold-busting relief. Plus, its affordably prices, ships quickly, and tastes great, too! Not to mention its cough relief properties help me to get back to work quickly. This product promotes ease of use, is quality in taste, and has a great functioning, in terms of my home apothecary. I will be purchasing them again, too!

Have a gritty texture and not a great flavor. I had a cold and needed zinc. It was the best deal I could find at the time

I took these along on a recent cruise to Greenland and Canada because we often end up with sore throats and sniffles while on a cruise. I did manage to avoid any illnesses on this cruise with daily use of the lozenges, so they will become a permanent part of my travel medication kit.

Slippery elm and marshmallow root are recommended for LPR (silent reflux). Herbs high in mucilage, such as slippery elm and marshmallow, are often helpful for symptomatic relief of coughs and irritated throats. This is why I bought these lozenges. I really like the taste. Surprised they are NOT cooling on the throat. The only downside was the price. For a bag of 18, plus tax, you're paying 76 cents a piece, which is too expensive for me. I'll go through the bag in 3 days. So, I won't be buying again.

I popped a lozenge in my mouth and with a minute or two the inside of my mouth became extremely dry. So much so that I had to remove the lozenge from my mouth. It definitely negatively affected me. This lozenge has astringent properties. I would not have mentioned it but I reacted quite strongly to it. It's a non-returnable item, so I'm stuck with it. I will recycle this. Live and learn.
