A great surge protected power strip for all your needs!
⭐ Review: Belkin 8-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip Value for money This is a solid investment if you’ve got multiple electronics to protect. It’s more expensive than a basic extension lead, but you’re paying for Belkin’s surge protection, solid build, and multiple outlets including USB-A and USB-C ports. Considering the cost of the devices it’s meant to protect, it’s worth the extra few pounds for peace of mind. Quality The overall build feels premium and sturdy. The housing is durable, and the 2m cable is nice thick and sturdy, it even has wall mounting bracket holes in the back! Safety It provides 900 joules of surge protection and features a “Protected” indicator light to show everything is working correctly. It’s clearly designed with safety in mind, making it a good option for valuable electronics. As always, just avoid overloading it or chaining multiple extensions together. Ease of use Simple and straightforward — plug it in, mount it if you want, and connect your devices. The USB ports are a nice touch, letting you charge phones or accessories without extra adapters. The only downside is the sockets are a bit close together, which can make bulky plugs overlap. Also, the lack of past extensions they've done where you can turn the plugs facing another direction this is sadly missing :( so it makes using it a slight negative! Design The design is clean, compact, and practical. The only issue I have is in 2025 there's no turntable sockets, my old belkin allowed me to have the choice of turning the sockets into another direction this allowed any big plugs with annoying cables to face another direction giving me plenty of space! Switch functionality There’s a master on/off switch to cut power to all outlets at once, a convenient energy saver and safety feature. While it doesn’t have individual switches for each socket, the single master switch keeps things simple and uncluttered. ✅ Overall impression A well-built, practical surge protector that delivers where it counts safety, design, and usability. It’s not the cheapest, but the protection level and reliability justify the cost. ⭐ 5/5 stars — great choice for anyone needing dependable, safe power management at home or in the office. The USB ports are also fantastic I must add this, as I use the USB port to power my desk-mat that has wireless charging for mobile devices and has an RGB strip going around it, it's perfect!

Reliable, well-designed surge protector
The Elkin 4-outlet surge protector is a solid, practical power strip that does exactly what it’s meant to do. The four AC outlets are well spaced, making it easy to plug in multiple devices without blocking sockets. The 2-metre power lead is a good length and provides plenty of flexibility for desk or wall placement. Build quality feels sturdy, and the wall-mounting option is a useful feature for keeping cables organised and off the floor. It offers peace of mind with surge protection for everyday electronics and works reliably with no issues. Simple, well-made, and good value for money. A great choice for home or office use.

Solid bit of kit that feels built to last
I bought this Belkin surge protector to tidy up a small mess of plugs behind my desk and it’s honestly been spot on. The first thing you notice is the build quality – Belkin gear has always felt a notch above the cheaper stuff, and this is no different. The casing feels sturdy, the cable is thick and doesn’t kink easily, and the outlets grip the plugs firmly without that loose, wobbly feel you sometimes get with cheaper extensions. The 2-metre cable length is ideal for reaching awkward spots, and it sits nicely without twisting. I also like the peace of mind of proper surge protection. I’ve had Belkin strips in the past and they’ve lasted for years, so I trust the brand when it comes to protecting my laptop, monitor and chargers. Charging through my USB-C charger also feels consistent and quick, so the surge protection clearly isn’t slowing anything down. Overall, if you want a power strip that feels dependable rather than disposable, this is a very good buy. Clean, simple, well-made and exactly what you want it to be. I’d happily buy another one.

Belkin Surge Protector
Love Belkin products for the quality, surge and safety facility. Bought this for it's functionality to place on wall near my smoke detector gateway and other plugs in my hallway for vacuum and dehumidifier. Still got extra sockets for use of tools etc. Happy with my purchase.

Belkin 4 plug surge protector extension lead
As far as extension leads go this is probably as good as it gets. Sturdy with good quality plastics, texture. Like the USB slots, surge protection, on/off switch feel quality. Slightly more expensive than other generic versions available. Good thick cable, unit slightly longer than dimensions provided.

Great extension
Belkin has always been a reliable and trustworthy brand, this extension is no different, built solid, looks very premium, saves a ton of space with the design. Surge protection that comes with a guarantee of protecting goods damaged while plugged into this (I haven’t claimed on this and couldn’t find anyone who has so must just be that reliable). Honestly great value for money and I would not cheap out on something I’m plugging in equipment that’s worth 1000’s of pounds.
