Q: Can you use a separate battery powered pump or a foot pump Instead of the built in pump if you have no electric ?

I think so. I never use separate pump. But there is a valve. May be it will take more time.

Q: How big is it when packed?

Height 51cm X width 38cm and depth 33cm when completely deflated and just to say, it’s super comfortable and doesn’t go down during the night. So far, it’s a perfect purchase. Hope this is helpful.

No it has to be plugged into the electric socket

Can’t help you there possibly more than the three minutes it takes to use the internal pump.
