Good for the price.
Good quality, maybe even slightly better quality than one might expect for the price. Feels sturdy and due to it being easily folded it is very handy for storage if you need to get it out of the way. Arrived fully built apart from three bolts, so very strait forward. I would recommend it.

Stop researching this is the one
Like most of us, before making a big purchase I like to do a lot of research. I was on the fence between this bench and a really professional one from Again Faster. I have no doubt the AF one is probably a bit more “professional,” but for £100 less, this bench really surprised me and met all my needs. The first thing that really impressed me was the ease of setup. Unpacking it out of the box, it was about 95% assembled. I only needed to insert one pin and screw down two bolts for the rear foot brace, and that was it... done! (Admittedly, I left off the leg rollers as I didn’t need them, but even then, that would’ve only been two more bolts if you were to add them.) A nice touch worth mentioning is that they included some decently heavy spanners. Usually, you’ll get some 2mm cheap aluminum junk, but for a single-use purpose, these aren’t bad! Once assembled, it was very easy to figure out how everything worked which is good, because the instructions are pretty slim (I think three pages). But when a product is this intuitive, I don’t mind. After assembly I folded it away to be used later. Again, it was really easy to fold and store. Yes, it’s heavy to move, but I put that in the positive column, not the negative. Ultimately, the fold-up storage is what swung me to choose this over the aforementioned AF bench. Most professional gym gear isn’t designed to be put away; it’s meant for a permanent setup. I don’t have the space for a dedicated gym area, so storage was a must. Later that evening, I set it all back up for its first use. Moving it from storage to ready-to-lift was two minutes, tops. The bench feels really solid! I love the chrome on the teeth catches, and it gives a satisfying “thunk” sound each time you raise the incline up a level. I’m 98kg and felt completely supported; there was no wobble or shaking in the connections it felt really solid. Honestly, I’m very impressed. For £130, I didn’t really expect this kind of build quality. However, I’ve only had it a few days, and I should note this is the first bench I’ve purchased for home use. If there’s any degradation in its performance over time, you can be sure I’ll update this review. In the meantime, I’m pretty stingy with five stars, but this thing has earned it. Very happy with my purchase!

Stable, well-padded, but small and heavy.
Pros: fantastically solid and stable, with great padding. Cons: a bit low to the ground, and the foot support for curls etc at the base of the bench is very tight to the bench itself, so you have to squeeze your feet in tight and narrow to get any support, which cramps the calves somewhat. Bench is heavy too, so awkward to move, but that's the trade off I suppose for something solid and likely to last a long time. I'm 5'11 for reference, so a reasonably average height. In general, I'd recommend, but in general it's small height and narrow foot holds will mean it isn't suitable for all exercises, or all heights - anyone over 6ft may find the bench limited.

Solid Bench
Solid bench that folds and easy to assemble and it folds to store away when not needed. It has a good weight to it which can be a bit tricky to pick up to store away but am ok with that, I’d rather have a well made bench than to have a light one which could break. The stability is really good and it does not rattle about. The comfort for me is also really good and fit for home use. Overall it’s ideal for home use, well made and sturdy. I seen some cheaper options but wasn’t convinced it would be strong so paid slightly more and go this one. Am overall very happy with this bench after 1 weeks use.

Sturdy, well built, easy to build
Very happy with this bench. It’s very sturdy and well built. I aired of the side of caution and didn’t buy a flimsy one and this is really good. Padding is good and the range of movements is also very good. It came almost fully built requiring only 3 bolts to make it complete. It folds away well should i not need it.

5 stars with one caveat
Ok let's start with the pros: For a bench under £150 I don't think you will find better. Seems super sturdy and stable. Only needs 4 bolts to complete assembly and folds away pretty well. The angle options are great and enable a wide range of exercises. Yes you could do with a second 17mm spanner in the pack to help tighten the foot rest but that's me being picky. Caveat: This relates to a health warning someone out in a 1 star review and relates to the ease you can adjust the positions. On one hand this is super useful as it is fast to adjust but one position doesn't quite work. If you set the bed to - 25 and seat to +25 to do decline sit ups. I found that the seat part as you lean backwards raises out of the fixing slot, not by much but as if going to 30-35 degrees. Now I don't think this is that dangerous simply because the angle is increasing so in reality it will just drop back into the slot as you sit up. However it can be a bit unnerving to start with. Would I buy this bench again - absolutely. Do I have any good ideas on how to fix the issue with making setting changes more cumbersome....nope

Good value for money, the cheaper ones I looked at appeared to be quite ‘flimsy’ compared to this.
Early days yet but it’s a substantial piece of kit, very well built, easy to set up and I’m quite happy with the, (limited), use I’ve had so far. It’s easy to fold up for storage but it’s quite heavy to move around which is simply because it’s built to last.
