I haven’t really noticed any difference but I think it’s doing what it is supposed to. Hoping to become pregnant soon, and taking these to build up nutrients and what not so my body has what it needs. I listen to Dr Berg frequently, and trust that he has quality supplements. Easy to take, no bad smell or taste.

LOVE THESE!! Have recommended to all my friends - even ones not pregnant. Was taking Garden of Life before (now owned by Nestle). These are way better! Noticed a difference IMMEDIATELY! Felt so much better! More energy! Crazy difference when you actually get good nutrition you need when pregnant.

Wish I took this while pregnant! I am taking this postpartum and I love the ingredients in this prenatal.

Excellent multi vitamin!

First of all, I am already familiar with Dr Berg, I watch his YouTube videos occasionally. This is how I was able to find this product in the first place. In one of his videos, he stresses finding supplements (regardless if you're pregnant) that are from whole foods, not synthetic vitamins. If you have never thought of this (I didn't to the extent he explained), it's like realizing that you're back at square one on searching for healthy supplements. CHALLENGING is an understatement. I was using Mary Ruth's Liquid Prenatal & Postnatal Multiviatmin Liposomal Ultra Absorption but she stopped selling it hence how I came to buy this which I actually like more. I wasn't a fan of the orange vanilla liquid and since these are small capsules, they fall right down. The bottle does have a weird smell and it may be me since I'm extra sensitive to smells at the moment but they haven't changed the way my body smells. Being vegan, the only time I ever felt like I could smell my BO was during my period (and I go to hot yoga regularly). These supplements are obviously not vegan but I've slightly changed my diet since I become pregnant. I can definitely see my hair and nails growing like crazy. Definitely recommend over a long list of 2024's Top Rated Prenatal Postnatal Multivitamins, especially for the quality and price!

I enjoy the effects of taking this prenatal supplement. I like that there is grass fed beef liver added. I do believe it helps a lot with my morning sickness. I do however wish the ingredients were listed organic.. it’s a good in between prenatal supplement.

The prenatal that I normally took during pregnancy was out of stock, so I needed to find something else that was just as good if not better. After doing some research, I came across Dr. Berg. I would have to say that Dr. Bergs Prenatal vitamins are the best I have found at a somewhat reasonable price. I have continued purchasing these supplements and I am still taking them as a breast-feeding momma.
