It dissolves fairly fast in mouth good price. Haven't taken it but a few days so I don't know if it's going to help but I am hopeful

I was extremely pleased with this product. What made it better for me was that the pills were easy to dissolve in my mouth and they had a wonderful berry flavor. I normally have no problem swallowing pills. It was just an extra benefit. Just bought the product a week ago-ish. I will try to see if the merchant has other type vitamins. Thumbs up 👍

I have to laugh at Amazons suggestions for review points. Anyway... The taste of the tablet was slightly sweet; I wasn't expecting that, but then I didn't notice that the product description said that they were a Natural Berry Flavor. I can't tell you a thing about the efficacy, shelf stability, vitamin concentration, or anything else - as I am not running a lab. It's purportedly 1000mg of vitamin B-12. I have to go with what the label says. The price was excellent compared to either the grocery store or the drug store. Shipped very quickly. Will buy again.
