Sturdy, well made but too clunky for wife to use in physical therapy

I got this to use at work but didn't end up taking it in. I check in trucks and my boss always wants a count. But it doesn't work when I am on break and my co-worker doesn't add any trucks that came in. Nice size, works great, feels durable. And it can be used to count so many things.

I've clicked this over 20k times and have no problems. The only thing is it got squeaky around 6k clicks but I sprayed a little bit of wd-40 and 20k clicks later the noise still hasn't come back. I'm not sure if it's really stainless steel and it is really light but is really great for the price.

Exactly what I needed! I needed to be able to keep track of the number of times I do an exercise while I count the number of seconds I hold the exercise. I would always lose track of the number of reps. This is easy to hold and the finger loop works well to keep me from dropping it. The finger loop folds over my finger perfectly, making it comfortable to hold. Fits perfectly in my hand.
