This one’s GREAT!!
Absolutely delicious and flavorful. Many of the hotter sauces are fun for the endorphin rush, but often don’t have a great flavor profile (Sudden Death and Mega Death, I’m looking at you…) This one is so good on pork and seafood. It’s got a nice kick, but isn’t like trying to eat a blowtorch! Awesome sauce!!

Hate to say it, but it's the first Blair's hot sauce I didn't really care for. If you really like sweet stuff it might be for you.
