This is a fantastic portable beam. The kids love it and the adults have fun on it too!! It is just high enough off the ground that you are truly balancing but low enough it is safe. It is cushy but stiff enough to walk on, but if you slip it's not going to hurt like a wood beam. Perfect for kids to start to get used to the width of a beam in the middle of your living room. It's also portable and easy to move.

Great gift for my daughter just starting gymnastics! The price was perfect, so I even got one for my niece. My daughter loves the bright pink color and I love that it folds for easy and compact storage.

The beam is certainly useful, but for bigger kids, it is not sturdy enough to fully support their weight. It was as described and came in handy for what I needed it for.
