Feel the push but taste awful

This was the first shilajit product I've ever tried, but it is living up to the hype, and the effects kicked in right from the start. My mind is clearer and more settled, and I have more genuine energy. And by "genuine", I mean energy that feels natural, not like the jittery, fake energy from a caffeinated beverage. And oddly, it doesn't interfere with my sleep-- even an afternoon nap. Perhaps the best way to describe the effects is that I feel 20 years younger (much of the time) when I take this stuff. The mini popsicle measuring sticks provided make for a crude tool. So I switched to using tiny stainless steel measuring spoons that you can find with a simple Amazon search on "measuring spoon pinch". They often come in a set, and I use either "Pinch" or the larger "Dash". The resin will cling to the bottom of the spoon, but I just scrape most of that off on the inside of the jar's lip, leaving the recommended pea-sized blob on the upper side of the spoon. I then put the loaded head of the spoon down into about an inch of warm water in a coffee mug, and let it dissolve as I get ready in the morning. After several minutes, it's ready to be stirred and drank. The flavor is distinct, but not offensive. This stuff actually works. I do wish it was lab tested for heavy metals, however.

This product is worth all of the hype. So beneficial to my health routine. In this form it's a little harder to take a sticky tar but for the price and benefits easy to get passed this part of it. I'm less tired and just in a better overall mood.

I'm impressed with Shilajit all around. One thing I'm especially impressed with is it's ability to increase se*ual drive. I'm 42, I've been on Shilajit for 1 month straight and I'm consistently waking up with a tent. It's just like it was when I was in high school. There is no other reason why this is occurring other than, the most reasonable explanation is shilajit. This product works and I will be reccomending this and I will be ordering it again. I love the bitter taste too. It reminds me of a dark bitter coffee that has been sitting and brewing for days lol. I've read that many people don't like this taste, but I'm here to tell you, it's really good! Sometimes you just gotta adapt to new things and the flavor of Shilajit might be that case for you but for me, it's great!
