Love the crunch!
Very easy to use and super tasty. Used this for the Dubai chocolate bars and it worked great to make Dubai chocolate strawberry and bars, love the crunch!

Perfectly broken up pieces that golden up/cook nicely in skillet or in oven. Great for desserts. Stays crispy when mixed with other ingredients like pistachio cream

Tasty but Pricey
The Eastanbul Dried & Chopped Kataifi Shredded Fillo Dough is good quality and works well for pastries, but it’s quite expensive. We ended up finding a cheaper option and didn’t buy this one again.

Perfect for dubai chocolate bars!
It came perfect! The amount was perfect as well. The only con was that it was in a flimsy plastic bag which has spilt some of the kataifi out. Not a big problem but if they have a resealable bag option that would be ideal! I made dubai chocolate bars with this and I have enough to make at least 5 more
