Didn’t work for me. Still was hungover

This product really works!!! if you work, early mornings without the hangover, this is the real deal. The taste is slightly bitter, hardly noticeable. I woke up, feeling refreshed and no hangover, Amazing product!!!

I didn't necessarily buy these to cure a hangover but because my heart rate skyrockets when I drink alcohol. For example, last week I had a single glass of wine with dinner at 6:30pm and my HR was still 100 at 1am while I was sleeping. It takes 12-14 hours for my HR to return to baseline...yes, from a single glass. I've tried two bottles of these so far and they really seem to lessen the effect. I have most certainly slept better. My HR still goes up but it comes down to baseline quicker and my sleep is improved. Both times I took it 30 mins prior to drinking. Next time I will try it 2 hours in advance. They taste fine. It's just water with a slight tanginess. They are pretty expensive so I will only purchase them when a special event is coming up. It is unfortunately too cost prohibitive to use them every time I want to drink because I rarely drink much anyway.

I suffer from hangovers. I truly believe that Zbiotics is lessening the effects. I feel kind of tired the day after versus vomiting and having major hangxiety. Sorry for the graphic details, but this is what I was looking for when I read reviews before buying this. I will continue to use this for my weekend drinking bouts. I believe that it works. Try it! Hardly any taste- kind of like a small sip of watered down lemon water. I’ve tried sooooo many things and none seem to work. This is helping making my days WAY more productive after drinking the night before.

I preface my review with the fact that I combined ZBiotics with Rebound capsules. I took ZBiotics as directed: 0-2 hours before the first drink and being sure to hydrate during the night. 4 double vodka pineapples and a stiff margarita later, I still enjoyed a solid night’s deep sleep. I woke up at my normal body clock time. And I felt normal and energized enough to workout. Normally, this would not be the case. I love the size and sturdiness of these bottles. They travel easily and are so discreet. The liquid goes down easily and has no foul taste. I’ll be re-upping before my next night out. I recommend!
