Broke After One Month, and No Return Option?
I bought this WHOOP Battery Pack 4.0 and expected it to last at least a few months, but it completely stopped working after just one month. This is beyond frustrating, especially considering the return window is already closed. Am I supposed to buy a new battery every month now? This kind of quality is unacceptable, especially for a brand like WHOOP. It’s clear there’s either a major flaw in the product or zero durability built in. I don’t recommend this to anyone unless you’re ready to keep throwing money down the drain.

Cannot charge it after two weeks
Item stopped working (can’t charge it) after two weeks!

It only works if the cable is connected to it and it is being charged.
