I brought this one in May of 2023. It stoped working. I got a replacement so we shall see

First off Amazon first prime day yesterday advertise it as 134 so I paid 153 that's including today it's going for 99 that's a problem the best deal should be on the first day secondly this product stop working immediately hotel collection should be ashamed of yourself The moment I plugged it in it came right on and then turned right off I followed the instructions I resetted I used their oils and the product did the exact same thing I tried different mini settings resetting for over 2 hours and yet the results were the same it cuts off and never cuts back on #returnitem

I love this. I use this every day. I even purchased one for my son for college. I wish I would’ve got the one that is portable but other than that, it’s great you have a remote. You can set it to High or low and even up to 2, 4, 6 and or 8 hours. And a little goes a long way. I haven’t even gone through my sample bottle yet. It also comes with another bottle that you can put inside the diffuser and I’ve only used one fragrance. My son loves a different one, but my favorite is The One. And I am still on my second month almost going on my third month and I still have not refilled it. I have it in my living room and the minute you walk in the front door you can smell it immediately! This is a must buy! I love buying candles, and this has replaced me from buying candles and burning candles daily.

Did not work was promise send me another, never happen offer to return the one don’t work ask me not to send it back , I took a pitcure of it to show them but never receive it- this is bad business

UPDATE:I contacted their company and was giving the following instructions for the remote to work (1. Unplug the diffuser from the power outlet.2. Hold down the button on the remote labeled “MED” for 5 seconds while plugging the diffuser back into the wall outlet. A red light will flash on the diffuser.3. Avoid pressing any buttons on the remote for 10 seconds as it takes time for the receiver within the device to reset itself.The instructions that came with the remote was for another remote.Hope this helps!OLD:The biggest disappointment was that I didn't take the time to read the previous reviews (which I normally do). This company should be ashamed of themselves. From day one, this product only worked for 1 day. As soon as I plugged it up, it came on, but the remote didn't (and still doesn't) work. I've already thrown the box away, filled the container with the scent and now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work....not happy! Next time, I'll make it a priority to read reviews and conduct my own research. The worst product ever!

The media could not be loaded. My third Purchase for my home. I’ve had no issues with them whatsoever. I did have to pair the remote with the unit. Came across the instructions in one of the Amazon reviews. I set it for eight hours and It turns off by itself. I don’t leave it on for longer than eight hours a day Because that’s what the instructions advise. My house smells really nice and I have received compliments from guests. I highly recommend

Too expensive. I get better smell from air freshners from the dollar tree.

I purchased this luxury diffuser hoping for a high-end experience, especially given the price of both the unit and the oils. While I haven’t had any issues with mine so far, I did notice several negative reviews about the diffuser eventually stopping working, which is definitely concerning. I’m hoping mine continues to function well.There are a few positives I’ve found: I like the timer feature, which allows me to set how long the diffuser runs. However, I also own two Air Wick diffusers, which are much cheaper and honestly do the same job, if not better. The Air Wick ones are battery-powered and go off every few minutes with similar timer settings, which makes them more convenient since they don’t require a plug.Additionally, I’m not overly impressed with the scent options from the luxury diffuser. Overall, I feel like the Air Wick diffusers are a much better product for the price, offering similar functionality without the hefty price tag.
