This makeup remover is excellent takes makeup off super easily and does not leave your skin feeling greasy oily or tacky at all just really clean and feels like it pulls all of the makeup out of your pores I swear it’s making my skin look better by the day I’ve already ordered another bottle to make sure I have it on deck and don’t run out. e.l.f. products are cruelty-free is which the first thing I look for in trying a new product. The makeup remover works excellent---using either a cotton swab or a cotton round---makeup is completely removed in a single swipe! My reason for the "4" instead of "5" is a design issue. You have to tilt the bottle and shake for the product to come out. A squeeze bottle or a "nose" would be easier and waste less.

I am now addicted to this makeup remover. It’s great at getting makeup off your skin, but I especially like how gentle it is at taking waterproof eye makeup off without a greasy residue. This is the only makeup remover I use now.

This is hands down one of my favorite makeup removers, and it’s a repeat purchase for me. The non-greasy liquid formula removes even stubborn and waterproof makeup effortlessly, without harsh rubbing or tugging. My skin feels clean, not oily or tight, which is a huge plus. I love how gentle it is , it works perfectly around the eyes and lips and is safe for sensitive skin. It never leaves my eyes watery. How It Compares: Compared to other makeup removers I’ve tried, this one is just reliable, it does exactly what it claims without causing irritation or needing lots of rubbing. Final Thoughts: I’ve bought this multiple times already and will continue to do so. I see no reason to switch to any other brand. A great option if you need something effective, gentle, and especially good at removing waterproof mascara.
