About half way through first bottle hasn’t helped at all for weight loss but definitely makes going easier, almost too easy.

Maqui berries are touted as helping energy, by increasing our mitochondria in our cells. They are our energy machines on the cell level. I can't speak for the method they are using, but i can speak for their effectiveness in raising my metabolism. I am 77, my resting temperature has been between 96.7 and 97.4 for the last 40 years. It has been steadily rising for the last month of taking these. I am now at 98.3 and have only ever been at that setting when very sick. i am more inclined to do things that need doing and think more in what needs doing now, than what can I avoid till tomorrow. So many other things have been tried by me that I can't list them all. But this works! It is even helping my mother, 94, be more inclined to do things round her house like she used to..

i have been taking this for a week now and it did not make any difference with my gut. bowel movement is still irregular and my eyes are still dry. don't waste your money on this. it does not work what it says it will do.
