1st time purchase these loc love them, light shiny perfect. 2nd time I order not same product just give me whatever you want with my money I guess

Nice, natural texture. Soft, lightweight, vibrant burgundy. Had an issue with 3 of 5 bags being short a strand or two. Contacted customer service and was made right. Can’t wait to install.

I’m highly upset that I received the wrong length of hair. And I was actually falling in love with the softness and style. But i ordered 2 colors, the other color was perfect. I had to cut the 1b and dip the ends just to partially get the style I desired. Being that it was my birthday hair and to close to the date for delivery. Do better. Please. Love the hair just want/need the right lengths.

The locs were easy to install and very lightweight, however, I ordered 12 in locs as indicated in the description. The locs received were much longer and required cutting...not a fan of waste.

Hair doesn’t look that the picture but it’s soft and has no smell can’t way to install

I ordered color #2 and it ended up being too dark so it’s not a true #2...it’s a 1B! A few stylists said the same thing as well once they saw the hair so PLEASE double check before using! The colors aren’t accurate!

I was trying to get smaller dreads and bought this one. They're kind of shiny and I received some 18" long dreadlocks. I did used them and even though I did prewashed then with apple cider vinegar, they where still shiny. If you don't mind that... You will be good with this ones
