Great product! Helps me sleep, and rest. The size of the bottle is deceptive. The actual product takes up much less space and is easy to get out of the bottle. I don't notice any taste with it.

I have experienced bouts of depression and anxiety on and off throughout the course of my teen and young adult life. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for years now. These didn’t perk me up or necessarily boost my happiness, but it did reduce my anxiety some. I definitely noticed when I stopped taking them that my anxiety was worse. Also, I made it a point not to tell anyone that I was taking these to see if they genuinely noticed a difference in my moods. I did notice that in the time periods I stopped taking them my family would point out that I seemed more anxious. The one noticeable difference I can say it made for me was in my sleeping patterns. I first heard about the collagen supplements on TV, in the powder form, and did not buy it but thought about it. I am covered in stretch marks and my skin was so dry that it always itched. Now my skin almost feels like I put lotion on it, even when I had not. My skin is soft now and feels tighter. I have hormonal acne, and it has helped with it some but will not cure it. I noticed that I sleep deeper, and I am not so hungry late at night. I used to get extreme hunger pains before bed, and I do not diet. I take one pill with breakfast, one around lunch, and the last pill a hour or so before bed. It has been three weeks that I have taken these pills, and I feel more energy during the day too. My clothes fit a little looser, and I have not weighed myself. But, I did notice some of my clothes that were tight have more give. And, I have not changed my diet in any way. Also, I used to have my knees crack sometimes when I would do squats (body-weight issue), but that has not happened anymore. This is not a miracle pill, and I have only taken it a few weeks and have no idea what would result long-term. I do not think it can cure anything, but I think it can help greatly. I would buy this again. The only draw back is that I pass gas all the time now. From a.m. to p.m., my family notices I pass gas but does not know why. It must be that my body is digesting it slowly. I feel it working, but I would not have this much gas if I digested it well. My experience is that you look and feel better, but you may pass gas more than you are comfortable to admit. The pill does not have a taste, as it is a capsule. I have not had pain issues, so I could not give a five in that category as there was nothing to improve there. But, I noticed it helped with my joints. Now my bones do not crack. I am thinking of taking Betaine HCL w/Pepsin with it, as I used to take it years ago for digestive issues. I stopped taking Betaine HCL after it fixed my digestive issues and I was able to get off Proton Pump Inhibitors. It was great for heavy meals and I also too it when my body took longer to digest things. I may take them both in the future and see what my results would be. At the very least, I may stop passing gas. It is not a problem during quarantine, but eventually I will be out in public again.
