I have wanted one of these Mops for months. I love the Bona hard surface cleaner. I've been using the cleaner with a different mop. It works fine but I have to keep wringing it out and rinsing it. This would have made things a lot easier. I watched a couple videos on how to put the new Mop together. Seemed simple enough. So everything goes together fine but the joint between the top handle and middle one would not slide together. I noticed there was a mark around the connection hole. My husband checked it out with a flashlight and the joint is rusted as far as he was able to see. That is what I was seeing too .Then I realized the mop had not come in the same box that was being shown on the video. It came in a brown cardboard box that was plain with no directions and was taped down the length and the ends were taped down all the way around. This dealer had to know that he was sending out a Mop that had already been returned by a different buyer. I think that is a rotten thing to do. Now I have to tape this thing together and send it back. There again, I certainly will not buy anything from him again, I will go to a hardware store to buy. After I wrote this the company called me and listened to what was wrong and agreed with me. They acknowledged it wasn't working correctly. Within 3 days a brand new mop arrived on my doorstep. Wow! That's taking good care of your customer. It was easy to put together and I like it very much. If there is a spill I just grab it and it's taken care of in no time. I like this brand.

My entire apartment has tile that is a pale color and gets dirty so quickly, which means it has to be washed so many times. I was considering getting a Swiffer WetJet, which I have had in the past. After doing some research, I learned of the Bona and it had better reviews for only a little bit more money. So I decided to go with this instead. At first I looked for it at my local Walmart, but they only had one for hardwood floors. So I went online and I found this one for tile. I ordered it and I’ve used it a couple times already. I am so happy with it. It’s so easy to put together and so easy to use. It works great, much better than the swiffer, as so many other people have said. It is worth putting a few extra dollars to get this instead. It makes washing the floor so much easier than using a traditional mop and bucket and it cleans so much better. I always feel like those things leave filth behind. It may look clean but isn’t really clean. With this though, I feel like the floors are really, truly clean. I have a messy family, including kids who love to make a mess but don’t like to help clean up. And I’m definitely not one of those women who get a kick out of cleaning - not like my mother, the clean freak; I’m messy too. So I want something that gets the job done without too much hassle. This is perfect for that. Most recently, I had my parents coming to visit and my floors were just filthy. So I pulled out the bona and in no time, my floors were super clean. Even my nitpicky mother made a point of telling me how clean my floors looked. That was all the approval I needed! I know I’ll be using this regularly and I have been recommending it to others. If you’re looking for a great product at a great price, the Bona is it. If you’re looking to get clean floors without working too hard, this works. Leaves no messy residue and makes me feel confident that my floors are clean and safe for the whole family; safe for kids and pets too. I can’t imagine going back to usinf any oth r method to clean my floors. I’m about to order refills for the cleaning solution soon and I’ll keep on recommending this excellent product to everyone I know.

Simple to use and no batteries needed! I've been using a Swiffer for many years, but it does not clean luxury vinyl well and leaves a film. A steam mop makes this even worse, and it's not something I wish to use regularly to avoid issues. I did some research and Bona was recommended. I tried this after a disastrous deep cleaning attempt with a steam mop, and it worked exceptionally well to remove the film. My floor is back to normal! I like that I can buy the refill packets for the cleaning solution, too. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this product.

this is a repeat order. I've been using the Bona floor cleaner kit for about 10 + years now and I'm going to continue using it for many reasons. It's a reasonably priced item, easy to work and store. My floors look good after they are vacuumed and cleaned thanks to the Bona. It makes life easier. I use the Bona cleaner and it doesnt leave a film or streaks. The pads are sturdy and washable. After using the mop for 7-10 days I throw the used pads in the washing machine and dryer with some detergent and they are good to go. My only complaint is on 2 of the mops that I bought over the years it seems like the nozzle where the water sprays out doesn't shoot out in a straight line. Instead it shoots out sideways. I tried cleaning the nozzle with hot water and a paper clip but that didn't help. But for the record, it's a good product. What would make it even better would be if Bono sent me some free pads.

My husband just installed new vinyl plank flooring. Hurricane Milton destroyed our previous flooring among other things. The new floor needed to be cleaned. I did my research read the reviews and this Bona multi-surface floor premium spray mop did the job and beautifully I may add! I love this mop and I will never use anything else! I put it together myself which is a plus. It's easy to use very durable. I highly recommend it!

I love how this seems to clean my floors better than Swiffer does. It’s also more pet friendly. The only inconvenience is you really need to buy a lot of replacement washable pads if you want to mop your entire place (if it’s a larger place). You have to wash these before every mop basically. But they do work well and are easy to throw in the wash. You just have to ensure you don’t wash them with things like get lint.

This mop was purchased to replace the previous same model. The Bona mops are very good quality and it’s great that they don’t need batteries unlike similar mops. Additionally they also have reusable cleaning cloth, so much less waste. The package arrived in perfect condition and with two snaps the mop was assembled (handle and head). The new clothes are wider and longer and so cover more area with less effort. It comes with a full bottle of all purpose floor cleaner. Again a plus as the bottle can be filled with a cleaner of choice. Personally I like a solution of vinegar, essential oils and water, but I’ll use the included cleaner until it’s done. The entire mop is lightweight, swivels to maneuver around corners and furniture and applies cleaner in the quantity desired or needed. The sprayer works great and can be aimed up close (such as on steps) or a wide spray to cover floor space. If this mop lasts as long as my last one, I won’t need another in this lifetime (lol). I highly recommend this item.
