good smell, while it is too small

Was excited to recieved this item. It was wrapted in bubble wrape. When I opened it, the first thing I notice was the bottle is not full. A bit disappointed 😞

I’ve attached a photo showing the bottle I received. As you can see, it’s nowhere near full, and there’s no protective seal either. This is completely unacceptable for a new product. It looks like someone might have used it before, or it was a returned item sent to me as new. This experience has been really disappointing.

Doesn't lather real well and the smell is not what I expected.

I use a couple of times each week. I feel this product exfoliates and refreshes my skin.
