I bought this for my mother who has knee pain and always asks for heating pad. She really liked this product and she can even use this pad everywhere on her body. Now it’s her go to. Stopped heating the 4th time I used it. Now totally useless.

Would be better if you could charge it and walk around and it needs to be higher on the shoulder and tighter but otherwise OK product.

If these weren't tethered to an electric hookup, and you could wear them outside or around the house without being connected to an outlet, they would be great

Not recommended, I ordered the 1st one and worked good for about 2 weeks. Stopped heating, returned for a replacement and the 2nd one did the same, stopped heating. Returned for a full refund. Not recommended at all.

I am prone to knee pain and am always struggling to find the time to apply heat. However, with this product I’m able to get knee support and the benefits of heat therapy. I highly recommend this for active people or for anyone who has knee issues!
