I use this half dose as a dietary supplement. not as an erectile dysfunction treatment. Its not designed for that. Have noticed slight improvement in sperm volume and sexual arousal. Would not recommend as a pre performance aid.

It did what it said it was suppose to do

Good quality and size. Easy to swallow and no taste. However, the smell put me off. Used them only once because of the smell. Won't order these again.
